Jordan brings close to 20 years of recruitment experience across financial services, market research, fintech, trading, and data-driven businesses throughout the Asia-Pacific region.
He specialises in front office, research, strategy, sales, and senior commercial roles, partnering with clients across investment banking, asset management, fintech, and market data and research. Jordan is known for his strong industry relationships, deep market knowledge, and ability to deliver on complex or confidential mandates across the region.
Over the course of his career, he has worked with clients ranging from global institutions to high-growth fintechs, supporting hires in Singapore, Hong Kong, Tokyo, and Sydney—including first-on-the-ground roles and team build-outs in new markets.
Jordan co-founded Clarkson Executive in 2013. He takes a consultative, commercially-minded approach to search and is focused on building long-term partnerships that deliver lasting impact for both clients and candidates.
Alana Clarkson - Director
Alana is an experienced executive recruiter with a background in financial markets, compliance, and trading. She began her career in equity markets and later held senior roles at ASX Limited, where she worked in market control and surveillance across listed and derivative products.
With over two decades of experience across the industry, Alana now specialises in hiring for equity market trading, compliance, governance, regulatory, and operational roles across APAC. She has led mandates for global banks, brokers, fintechs, and trading platforms—supporting clients through key hires in Sydney, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Tokyo.
Known for her direct approach, strong domain knowledge, and discretion, Alana is often engaged on searches where understanding the detail—and the people—matters. She co-founded Clarkson Executive in 2013 and continues to work closely with clients on strategic and specialist hiring needs across the region.
